How Our Social Enterprise Works

House of Welcome Catering is more than just delicious food; it’s a pathway to independence. We provide paid traineeships and real-world hospitality experience in a supportive, safe environment. Our team of experienced chefs and mentors guide our trainees through kitchen skills, helping them build confidence and valuable Australian workplace experience.

Since 2018, We’ve Invested $381,203 in Wages

We’ve supported over 21 traineeships tailored for people seeking asylum and refugees—creating lasting, positive social impact in our community.
